Preparation and submission of income tax returns for companies, individuals and trusts, including provisional tax calculations and correspondence with SARS on assessments and queries.

VAT registration and returns

VAT registration, preparation and submission of VAT201 returns, and advice on input tax claims and ongoing compliance obligations.

Payroll, PAYE and UIF

Monthly payroll processing and payslips, EMP201 submissions, UIF and SDL contributions, bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and issuing of IRP5 certificates.

An introductory meeting at no charge, to discuss your current position, your obligations and what the practice can assist with.

Written fee proposal

A fixed monthly or annual fee, confirmed in writing and based on the agreed scope of work, so that costs are known in advance.

Handover and setup

We obtain the necessary records from your previous accountant, bring outstanding submissions up to date, and establish an ongoing reporting schedule.
